Cronuts

What do you get when you mix doughnut with crossaint? 

You get cronut!

Thanks to @cubie for my first cronut experience. This is a maple syrup flavor. You can't go wrong with maple syrup.

I absolutely love the texture of the donut, not so much of the top layer. It felt soggy and drags the donut down.

Ok time for bed. Laundry nights and Nigella masterclass doesn't leave a lot of room for dayre. 

And for some annoying reason the dirty old man inside my phone keep auto correcting Nigella to Nigeria and cronut into crony.

 Nigeria crony anyone?
